What is Admin Abuse?
Admin Abuse is a weekly developer-hosted event where Witch Pot staff join servers and manually spawn special content:
Event Features:
- Custom bases with Secret/OG brainrot spawns
- Gold and Diamond mutation triggers
- Chaos effects (speed boosts, giant NPCs changes)
- Live interaction with developers
- Server-wide announcements
It happens simultaneously across all public and private servers. You don't need to hunt for a specific server.
Schedule
Regular Schedule:
- Day: Saturdays
- Frequency: Weekly (confirmed by Sportskeeda article from Feb 7, 2026)
- Duration: 30-60 minutes
- Time: Varies (join Discord for exact times)
Missing one event means waiting seven full days for the next. The event happens once per week, not multiple times per day.
How to Get Notified
Two methods to catch events:
Method 1: Discord Ping
- Join Witch Pot Discord (link in game description)
- Check "game-announcements" channel
- Enable notifications for that channel
- Developers post 10-15 minutes before events start
This is the fastest method. I use Discord notifications exclusively.
Method 2: In-Game Notification
- Open Steal From Brainrots
- Click Events section (bottom menu)
- Press "Notify Me" button
- Receive Roblox notification when event starts
The in-game method has 2-5 minute delays. Discord is more reliable.
What Spawns During Events
Admin Abuse has three exclusive spawn types:
Developer Bases
Jay and Lucky Taru spawn temporary bases containing:

These bases have NO giant NPCs. You can steal freely without being chased. The catch: everyone else is racing you for the same brainrots.
Location: Developer bases spawn at random map locations marked by:
- Purple/gold particle effects
- Special base name ("Jay's Stash," "Lucky's Cache")
- Announcement in chat: "Developer base spawned at [location]!"
Mutation Events
Developers trigger mutations that affect existing brainrots:
Gold Mutation:
- Turns brainrots golden
- Adds 1.5x income multiplier
- Lasts 10-15 minutes
- Affects all brainrots in the field
Diamond Mutation:
- Turns brainrots into diamond
- Adds 2x income multiplier
- Lasts 5-10 minutes
- Rarer than Gold (happens 1-2 times per event)
I stole a Diamond Legendary during one event. Base income $75K became $150K. Diamond mutations are the ultimate chase.
How Mutations Work:
- Developer announces mutation in chat
- All field spawns turn Gold or Diamond
- Timer counts down in top-right
- Grab mutated brainrots before timer expires
- Mutation persists on stolen brainrots forever
The mutation is PERMANENT once you place the brainrot in your base. A Gold Mythic stays Gold forever.
Chaos Effects
Random server-wide buffs/nerfs:
- Everyone gets 2x speed
- Giant NPCs freeze for 30 seconds
- All bases unlock temporarily
- Free Trait Machine rolls
- Gravity changes
Chaos effects are fun but not as valuable as Secrets and mutations. Enjoy them but prioritize stealing.
Strategy for Events
Pre-Event (Before Saturday):
- Clear inventory space (sell low-tier brainrots)
- Buy Lucky Coil for 60% speed if you don't have it
- Join Discord and enable notifications
- Plan to play for 45+ minutes
During Event (Active):
- Watch chat for "Developer base spawned" messages
- Sprint to marked locations immediately
- Ignore regular bases, focus on developer bases
- Target Secret-tier first, OG second
- When mutations trigger, steal everything
Post-Event:
- Place your new Secrets in your base
- Upgrade them (they're worth it)
- Consider rolling Trait Machine on them
I went into my first Admin Abuse blind. Wasted 15 minutes stealing regular brainrots. Don't make my mistake.
Competition
Everyone wants Secrets. Expect heavy competition:
Problems:
- 10-20 players rushing the same developer base
- Frying Pan trolls flinging you
- Server lag from particle effects
- Brainrots disappearing before you reach them
Solutions:
- Use Lucky Coil for 60% speed boost
- Stay near Safe Zone for quick escapes
- Don't chase already-grabbed brainrots
- Join less populated servers if possible
Private servers have Admin Abuse too. If you have Robux, rent a server and invite friends. Way less chaotic.
Rewards Summary
What you can get from one Admin Abuse:
Realistic Haul (1 event):
- 2-3 Secret-tier brainrots ($250K-$380K/tick each)
- 1-2 Gold mutation brainrots (1.5x income boost)
- 0-1 Diamond mutation brainrot (if lucky)
- Chaos effect memories
Best Case Scenario:
- 5+ Secret-tier brainrots
- Multiple Diamond mutations
- OG Macaroni (rarest Secret)
Worst Case:
- Server lag makes you miss spawns
- Frying Pan griefers steal your brainrots
- You grab 1-2 Secrets instead of 5
Even worst case is worth it. One Secret brainrot equals weeks of normal grinding.
Common Mistakes
Showing up late: Events last 30-60 minutes. Arrive at start time or miss the best spawns.
Ignoring mutations: Gold and Diamond announcements mean DROP EVERYTHING and steal mutated brainrots. They spawn for limited time only.
Fighting other players: Frying Pan battles waste time. Speed past trolls, don't engage.
Stealing from regular bases: During events, regular bases are a waste. Developer bases and mutations only.
Not preparing inventory: If your slots are full of Commons, you can't steal Secrets. Clear space beforehand.
Tips from Experience
Positioning: Stay near the center of the map. Developer bases spawn randomly. Central position = faster reach time.
Speed is King: Lucky Coil ($2M) is mandatory. The 60% speed boost wins races against other players.
Chat Monitoring: Keep chat visible. Developers announce everything through chat. Missing announcements means missing spawns.
Backup Plan: If you miss a Secret spawn, wait for the next. Developers usually spawn 2-3 bases per event.
Trait Machine: Save $25M+ before events. If you steal multiple Secrets, you'll want to roll traits on them immediately after.
