Dug Dug Dug is the best brainrot at $1.9M/second, but you can't farm it until Rebirth 8+. This tier list ranks by practical value at each progression stage, not just raw numbers. A brainrot you die reaching is worthless.
After 12 rebirths, I've tested every farming route. The gap between tiers is brutal at 38,000x more from S-tier than D-tier. Once you can safely farm a higher tier, drop everything below it.
S-Tier
The endgame. Celestial zone requires 300+ Speed and spawns on a 15-minute timer.

Mutation Tier Shifts
Mutations can promote brainrots by one or two tiers:

A Radioactive Secret Farmer ($5M/s) competes with normal Celestials. Mutation hunting is legitimate endgame content.
Progression Checkpoints
R0-R2: Fill base with C-tier. Any income beats empty slots.
R3-R4: Transition to B-tier. Start ignoring Legendaries.
R5-R7: Lock in A-tier. Full Secret base.
R8+: Push for S-tier. Replace Secrets with Celestials.
