Editorial Guidelines

Our content standards

How we create, verify, and maintain the content you rely on. These guidelines govern everything we publish.

Core Principles

Accuracy First

Every piece of information we publish is verified through direct testing. We don't copy from other sites or rely on unverified sources.

Transparency

We clearly disclose our methodology, update dates, and any corrections. If we make a mistake, we fix it and note the change.

Independence

Our content is not influenced by game developers, advertisers, or sponsors. Editorial decisions are made solely based on reader value.

Timeliness

We prioritize keeping content current. Outdated information wastes reader time, so we monitor for changes daily.

Code Verification Process

How we ensure every code we publish actually works.

1

We locate codes from official sources: developer Discord, Twitter/X, in-game announcements, and patch notes.

2

Every code is redeemed on a live account before publishing. We don't publish codes we haven't personally tested.

3

We document what each code gives: exact rewards, quantities, and any restrictions.

4

We check existing codes daily. Expired codes are marked within hours of expiration.

5

We note the source and date for each code so readers can verify independently.

Guide Standards

What goes into creating a guide you can trust.

1

We play the game extensively before writing. Minimum 20-50 hours for basic guides, 100+ hours for comprehensive coverage.

2

We test strategies multiple times to confirm they work consistently, not just once.

3

We cross-reference with community knowledge from Discord, Reddit, and forums to ensure completeness.

4

We update guides after major patches, noting what changed and when.

5

We include specific numbers, locations, and steps rather than vague advice.

Tier List Methodology

How we create fair, useful rankings.

1

Rankings are based on actual gameplay testing, not tier lists from other sites.

2

We document our criteria: what makes something S-tier vs A-tier for that specific list.

3

We consider different playstyles and note when rankings vary by context.

4

We revisit tier lists after balance patches and meta shifts.

5

We explain our reasoning so readers can make informed decisions even if they disagree.

Corrections Policy

How we handle mistakes and keep content current.

Factual Errors

Corrected immediately upon discovery. The original error and correction date are noted at the top of the article.

Outdated Information

Updated within 24 hours of a game patch or change. The update date is reflected in the article timestamp.

Expired Codes

Marked as expired within hours of confirmation. Moved to an 'Expired' section rather than deleted.

Reader Reports

Investigated within 24 hours. If confirmed, corrected immediately with credit to the reporter if they wish.
